​How Do I Place An Order?​
Click on the "Shop" tab at the top of the screen and double click on the products you would like to purchase. Make your selections for quantity and size before selecting add to cart.

Payment & Shipping
We currently accept payment via PayPal, a well-known, trusted, and secure way to make payments over the Internet.
Making a payment to us through PayPal is easy, but you must have a PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account you can create one by going to the PayPal web site at http://www.paypal.com
When making a payment you are transferred from our site to the secure PayPal web site. No financial information, passwords, or personal information used in the process of making a payment is received by us.
Although PayPal is extremely secure, we are not responsible for protecting the personal information you share with them. You are encouraged to read the related PayPal policies carefully.
After completing your payment you are presented with a link which will allow you to return to our site and view or download an invoice.
Shipping Policy
Lake Life Vermont, LLC strives to offer our customers the most efficient shipping service possible! The U.S. Postal Service (USPS) is our primary carrier for our packages. We will normally ship out orders placed before 12:00pm (Eastern Standard Time) on the same business day, however please be aware that during peak shipping season, such as the holidays, processing and shipping can take several days. Our Next Day orders will be given priority, and we strive to ship these orders within one business day after the order is received (if placed before 12:00pm EST). Using PayPal will require that you have paid for your order before it has been shipped to you. Custom products are non-exchangable. We will strive to notify you as soon as possible via your email address if there are any problems in processing your shipment.
Domestic Shipping
All Shipments within the United States will be sent by the United States Postal Service (USPS). You may select the level of Service (Speed of Delivery) during checkout. The shipping costs will be automatically calculated and displayed in the shopping cart before you checkout. Upon shipment you will receive an email confirming your package was sent and instructions on how to track the progress of your shipment via www.usps.com. You are waiving our requirement to provide your credit provider proof of delivery incase the package is not delivered for any reason � all risk of delivery is borne by purchaser with the selection of this level of service.

International Shipping

Order Review Policy
All orders when placed on our site and paid by PayPal are subject to our review and acceptance during normal business hours. We reserve the right to inform you of errors, omissions or inconsistencies that may have been present on our site, and to take action that we deem appropriate to correct the errors. We further reserve the right to decline an order placed on our site, and to release credit or refund payments for product that we are unable to ship for any reason.
Custom Made To Order Items:

Any product made to a customer’s specifications. (i.e., not otherwise available and in stock, etc.)

Special order merchandise made per the customer’s direction. Therefore, it is NON-returnable, NON-cancelable and NON-refundable. There are no exceptions made to this policy.

Special order delivery times can range between 5 days and 20 business days. As always, the times provided are estimates and can’t be guaranteed.

Security
Our shopping cart is located on a secure server. All information that is collected on our website is transferred to us over a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Line. This ensures that your information is encrypted and cannot be read by any other Internet users. This secure mode is automatically turned on when accessing any pages in the Account or Checkout sections of our website. You can confirm that you are on a secure, encrypted page of our website by the appearance of a tiny padlock icon on the bottom of your browser and the letters "https" at the beginning of the page's address instead of the normal http.

Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 15 days for a full refund. Simply ship back your item(s) to us with all contents and packaging, proof of purchase, and we will process your return or exchange (buyer responsible for shipping).
